TRAVEL ADVICE

The NHS is well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases and has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

Travel vaccinations

Godolphin health provides NHS Travel vaccines as part of its contract. The NHS vaccine include Diphtheria, Polio, Tetanus, Typhoid, Cholera and Hepatitis A.
We do not provide private vaccines such as Rabies, Hepatitis B, Yellow fever, Meningococcal vaccine ACWY, Japanese Encephalitis and Tickborne Encephalitis. These will need to be sourced from a Private travel clinic such as:
Antimalarials can be sourced from any pharmacy or the travel centres above (There will be a fee for these).
Due to the demands of General practice, we can only offer a limited amount of telephone consultations a week. If the travel appointments are fully booked then please book the vaccines privately in the above travel clinics to make sure you are protected for your trip. It is best to have a travel consultation at least 6 weeks before your planned trip to allow maximum cover and time for full vaccine courses if required.”
