Where possible please try to come to the surgery. If you know you are going to need a visit please either phone us in the morning or submit a klinik enquiry before 10.30am. You will need to give a short explanation of the problem so that the doctor can be notified and decide how urgent your request is.

The doctor may speak to you over the phone before they decide to make a visit.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.
